Shaping Wirral’s Future

Front-end – The more time the Team spent with the guy, they could see how passionate he was about their idea for the community, but not only that, when they saw the pictures he took, they were also amazed he could do that much work on his own in such a little amount of time. After spending years with the Team together, The guy and the team had a very interesting idea! The Team called the guy to have a big meeting, and the Team singled out the guy!.

The Man Loved The Movement

Most online companies will have a front-end team, and a back-end team. Sometimes a company will choose to have one person to run the front-end, and the rest of the team in the back-end. And that’s why they singled him out! They wanted him to be the only front-end, to go around the community in any way he can, to express what the team’s idea is. His one condition was that he is never in a photo, as he is picture shy!

Front-end: They handle the site’s front page, meetings, and all human interaction.

Back-end: They manage emails, coding, social media, and more, but no direct company interactions.

How To Find A Business Bank Account Manager, Overcoming Learning Challenges

The guy had gone through school in the 90s, and the education was a lot different back then, and that’s what every generation will say, but it really was! When he reads or writes, sometimes the letters will get all jumbled up. So his technique was just to take a little longer, and always check his work as he never knew he was writing it like this until he saw it instantly (sometimes)..

The Community’s Response

The Team started their community idea, and in the first 2 weeks, their viewing stats were impressive, as this is the community getting together already in such a small amount of time! So they knew the next 2 big meetings were on the cards! It was the local council, and the local family bank he had been with his whole life, as they might have had an understanding of his reading/writing methods..

Advocating for Change

First meeting at the Town Hall – The guy went to the local Town Hall to try his best to get face-to-face interaction, and after a couple of times talking to security guards, and receptionists about his reading/writing methods, and why he kept coming back. The last time the guy went there, his hip was hurting, so he asked if he could sit down in the Town Hall for maybe an hour to rest, and they agreed, so thankfully to the guy. It was at this point it happened!.

Chance Encounters and Positive Change

Signs? After 15 minutes, a member of the town hall came in, that worked there! The guy had seen him about a month back at a community quiz night, all about carbon emissions. As passionate as the guy is, he knew one thing? He had to take this chance that was given to him, so he pleaded for 5 minutes of his time? The member had to go and put their coat away and come back to see the guy..

Pitching a Community Vision

5 minutes – now the guy had 2 minutes to come up with a pitch that will last 5 minutes, and tell it to a very important member of the Wirral! He just had 2 things in mind, and the rest would follow: Team and Time. After his 5 minutes, he got a smile from the member, He knew he had done enough for him to get things rolling with the local council about our “#LetsGetThatNettle.” The guy virtually danced away, after what had just happened to him..

My Disclaimer

This is my Opinion Blog from me, karl loftus RLWJ, to document a time in history from my own story and perspective. We Cannot See Each Other On The Phone/Internet, We Can’t Interact Properly!
